I agree with Buzz here. Try setting up a ring of cones around you in a semi-circle with tennis balls on them, and move to drive each one quickly. So out to the first then back to your stance and out to 2, back to stance etc. Just like Buzz has said, as a warm-up.

I do that every session with coach.
It helps tremendously.
Do it twice or 3 times.
Start with the balls on the floor and drive it with the toe of the bat then progress.
If there are no cones, get someone to drop the ball infront of you and drive it.

You could even start by just hitting them off the floor, which would work.

Thanks all of you, all will help in there own little way.

But Buzz's post is really hanging out, I don't really do a big warm up, but I sort of do a little one, I'll try a bigger warm up and look to stretch etc everything.

Bigger warm up and lots of tennis ball worked well today! Batted far better than what I did yesterday :)
