Don't even consider it, they are planks!  The headquaters is 5 mins from where i live, and the bats they have there are (No Swearing Please)! Especially for the prices they charge!!

Thanks for the heads up, you're the first person I've spoken to who seen them in the flesh!  :D

Oh yes...I still have a DF Magnum in my collection by the way!   ;)

I picked one up of a certain auctions site a few weeks back, it has some horrible varnish like coating on it but the middle is feels pretty good and it is in relatively good condition, am considering using it for a bit of fun.

I've owned all the bats mentioned here and the best by a mile was my Jumbo. Even by todays standards the response was amazing. I've been seriously considering purchasing one of the remakes Stuart Surridge are offering on their website but £275 just seems a little steep!

Ian Austin gave me one in 2008, i gave it to a young lad who needed a bat ........ he has retired at 18 years old so I may get it back and give it away.
