Based on the averages in the 1st division of the CC, I am going for the below. I am not enthoused by filling my team with youngsters...

Hamilton-Brown i guess would be the favourite with his experience as captain

819 runs @ 48 is pretty handy for a W/K who captains.

Very good but CR has had his chance and would be like going backwards instead of going with the young talent and future of England.
