Just for you Bird

The Newbery kit, i have put this little lot away for the time being, may bring it out later in the year.

Bat Newbery Cadbury GT 5star

Pads Thruxton

Gloves SPS 1

Bag Cadbury GT Wheelie bag

Uber classy kit Soulman !. That GT 5 star has some nice grains on it.

Yea for a 5 star it has 11 straight grains, it has a few little butterfly stains on the blade but these have no impact on the performance, i am quite picky about my bats and i normally spend an age picking them from all the available willow. This one also pings very well and picks up well for a 2.11 bat. I normally use 2.9 and this feels very light for the weight

If anything butterfly stains are supposed improve performance as they are stiffer and transfers energy onto the ball. I am mulling over buying one .

Ive seen the bag before once. It was being sold on here with a set of even rarer Cadbury GT335 pads and gloves.

i have been looking for the pads and gloves since getting the bat and bag but they seem to be as rare as rocking horse poo. i may ask on the wanted section but i doubt i would get any replies, i even asked newbery and the bloke just laughed :(
