Good lord these old threads.
I got caught out this morning by asking
@procricket
if the crown cleft was still available and the thread was 2 years old

Having only had experience from using rob pack I would say him as all the sticks I have had have been guns, they ooze quality but from hearing from other who have used SAF and Woodstock they couldn't complain either so whatever you choose you won't go wrong

Well... speculation recently that one of them is now getting their bats in from Pakistan, one of them is a sticker up brand, and one is a forum sponsor with by all accounts a great reputation... Shouldn't be too much of a difficult choice
On a completely unrelated note... Rob Pack is definitely on the brands I haven't owned wishlist after seeing more examples of them on here lately.

One of my club mates has just got a new Woodstock and it's lovely! Nice shape good grains but a but to conclaves for me and from what I've seen any bat from rob pack will be worth every penny can't comment on saf

Rob's bats are excellent and his customer service and return policy in my experience is right up there.
I've seen several blue rooms up close and I have an RPC which is a gun bat.
