Well im a joey. I'm classed as a.batsman and bat 4/5 but my posts on the other thread show I am clearly a.joey.

Also im joeylough for a reason.

Am I seriously 1 of 2 joeys/fielders out of the current votes cast? I think I will have to have a long hard look into my game.....

Opening bat, thogh not sure how I've managed to keep that façade going...

Can also bowl trundlers.  Think Paul Collingwood, only with less pace, without the swing and without the knack of taking wickets (although I did take a hat trick last year)...

I went for Joey/fielder.

I bat about as well as I bowl, in that most of the time it's duff, but occasionally I'll have a good game and score a few runs/get a couple of wickets.

My 2012 stats

10 Matches,
9 Innings, 59 runs (high score of 29!!)
2 overs, 2 wickets for 10 runs (both skied to mid wicket!)  Why only 2 overs in 10 matches, because it was the last game and everyone had to bowl and I exhibited absolutely no form in nets/practices, and still don't this year!!

Definitely a batsman, never really got the hang of this bowling lark.

Opening batsman, hoping to continue improving this year, last year was difficult with games getting cancelled every other week (go weather!), but did score a few runs.

All round faliure :(

Haha. Thats me!

In my younger days I fancied myself as an all rounder.
Had my first go against the bowling machine a couple of weeks ago, set the speed at 60mph and couldn't get my feet moving! Gave up after a bucket and half, I then watched my 11 year old son spank the ball about the same speed.
I didn't know weather to laugh or cry.

Batsman/wicket keeper myself. Opening bat. Used to bowl some medium pace swing bowling that kissed the surface but have had some ankle problems last couple of years. Do still bowl occassionaly but standard military medium or off spin these days but only in the odd Sunday game if one of the colt keepers is playing
