I started a change in my diet and doing weights again before Christmas. Wanting to get super fit and motivated again. Wanted to start before Christmas to get it in my head that it wasn't just a new years thing, it was a change for the better long term. A 'lifestyle change' rather than a diet. In 4 weeks I have dropped 5 kgs and the photos of when I started to now are crazy! Have started doing heavier weights now so can't wait for more progress over the next months. I'm not a big guy but did have a bit of a pot belly going on. Progress photos rather than jumping on the scales are a huge motivation

I have started using the myfitnesspal app on my iPhone and have started to see some great results. Sort of just eating the required amount if calories and doing minimal exercise you can still loose weight. But obviously the more exercise you do the quicker you will loose the weight. It does give you a really clear outline in the progress you make and it is really easy to add food as you can just scan it, add the amount and it tells you the calories altermaticly. It's just just a bit annoying when it comes to fresh veg ad fruit as obviously they don't have a barcode, but there is a search bar so it doesn't take that long.

When I first started it was before Christmas and I was a only doing 2 nets a week and 1 swimming season. But am now doin an extra net and a gym session and am begin to see good results. You would be surprised by just eating the right amount of calories what effect it can have.
