I just wear 2 pairs of boxers and put a Readers box in between. Considering getting a Nutty Buddy with a proper jockstrap, as you really do have to protect your groinal region! Also wear Aero P2 Strippers, but planning to change (perhaps to Stretton Fox, if the price is right! 8)) as I find my box isn't always in place wearing this set up.

The box slipping is surely less down to which thigh pad you wear and more due to you sandwiching it between 2 pairs of boxer shorts  ???

I use Aero pants and box combo, spot on

I use the Aero shorts and box, hardly even notice I'm wearing it sometimes. Really comfortable and doesn't hinder mobility.

Same here, the aero shorts and box are great. Used to use some under armour shorts and a shock doctor box but the shorts kept moving around and the box never really fitted that well. Got the aero shorts from IJC last season and they're brilliant.

I use these:

find them more comfortable than a jockstrap.

So it seems the two most popular options are the Shock Doctor set up vs. the Aero shorts and box set up.

Do you guys wear anything over the compression Aero's and Shock Doctors? Worried that the compression shorts of these two companies won't match up to my current go to compressions - Nikes.

just ordered compression shorts from 010gear that have the pouch for the box built in...if it works like its supposed to then that would be my choice for the rest of my life...obviously with a box inside :)

I wear Aero compression thighs but I'm not overly comfortable with my box being in pouch.

Aero compression is quite good for its value, might try UnderArmour too and see how that one is.

I'm using an elongated (modern ??? ) style box in 2 pairs of briefs. Same experience - the box doesn't sit as well since I started P2 Strippers last month.

Anyone using the Aero shorts with the elongated style boxes? Or should I just bite the bullet and get an Aero box as well?

I go for the boxers.

Had GM one last year and they were rubbish. Got some GN and Salz over the off season and think that the GN are a more natural fit for the box.

Then I have two boxes. Currently toying around with them which one I prefer.

(please note this could be a daft question) Do wicket keepers wear a box as well?
