Also the Vulcan 2013 gloves look really smart that dean posted yesterday.

I have the SAF gloves and really rate them. Comfortable and good protection on top of the towelled thumb for sweat. For me its a case of do I support local businesses or not, and the simple answer for me is I would rather spend my money with them than a big company.

Totally agree. The SAF gloves really are quality. And for £30 they are an absolute bargain too. And as Ciaran says, you would be buying from a small business rather than a huge company.

So there a difference in the quality of gloves from a small business than a huge company
Find the glove that you like then buy I say regardless

Not necessarily but you will be supporting a small and possibly local, English company. In this instance I would say yes their product is a better quality.

If possible you should try them both and then decide, but I assume thats not possible hence asking for advice on here. Rather than just picking the ones he likes from pictures

Rubbish they get there softs from India same as most as everybody else but I agree in supporting local brands if the quality is there

I didnt say they werent made in India. But comparing these SAFs to other £30-£40 gloves I would say they are better quality. And you will be getting more for your money

Agree there bargains out there but the top kookaburra gloves and the puma gloves on ebay at that price range are hard to beat by anybody

Guess that's what's great about this forum people do find the best prices out here for there gear

Indeed. Either way these are top gloves at bargain prices, and no one will be disappointed if they were to buy either pair.

I love the look of the SAFs. If both gloves are similar quality the SAFs would be my choice.
