I'm afraid I'm with Dave on this one (in a little more diplomatic version) - yes newbies will post the odd stupid question, and may be pushing their posts to 50, but that's what the admins are for. Far too many aggressive put-downs going on at the the moment from members who aren't that senior themselves!
