Yeah, I use it a lot. Found it has been very useful. It has ridges in the glue which helps promote blood flow. Something to do with lifting and massaging the skin slightly to induce it I thol.

However it works, it does work.

This is another of those items that there is no medical evidence for it aiding healing, however, as with all of these things, if it works for you, then it's worth it.

I use it every Sunday for football after doing the ligaments in my knee. Probably is just a placebo effect but I think it works  :)

I swear by it.
Best to buy it by the roll and cut it to how you need it. Endless amount if videos on YouTube.

Myself i think it is overpriced physio tape... Anything with ridges at skin level cannot affect ligaments, tendons or muscles.

I was looking at the scientific publications about the Kinesio tape earlier and there seem to be little to no proven benefits. However there has been minimal amount of research done about these tapes .

If it's rotator cuff tendonitis it won't take that long to heal, do light strengthening exercises.

My lad has suffered with Rotator Cuff problems on and off for the past 12 months and we are back at the sports physio later next week so I will ask about Kinesio tape and let you know.

Cheers
