Thanks Buzz, that's a good read.

I'd already noted your disapproval of the trigger just as I was considering trying it - and didn't.  Now, on your recommendation, I think I'll revert to my original side on stance, having tried opening up, without much success.

Also, from reading your book, I think I'm trying to experiment with too many variables.  That is a useful insight.

Thanks.

I've had two ducks in two innings now, one which was my fault, another which I would have never been able to play... I have to give this book a read again, and like some batsman previously said, he couldn't tell if he was on form or not because he hadn't spent enough time in the middle! At least it made me realise that a £300+ bat can't score you runs anymore than a £100 one can!

Can't seem to send a pm if you would be so kind as to send a copy to me that would be great as after a 20 year hiatus any help would be great.

Thanks
Ian

Just read it while at work :-)

Lots of good stuff, particularly liked the bit on getting the right mind set and mentally preparing to score big.

I'm glad I didn't read it on a match day though, I would have far too many thoughts running through my head going out to bat.

Hi Buzz

Looking forward to reading your book. Not sure where one is meant to end up with the link,  I got a 20 sec notification page but it did not count-down or download. I then clicked on the download option which took me to the sign-up for a free account page.

I will PM you with my email also.

cheers

Buzz you sent me my one nearly 18months ago. Has it been updated since? If so, would like a copy.

Thanks
