Please feel free to pm me if you want a copy.

Does said email include a dose of talent/ability with it?

It comes with a guarantee of improved performance and huge scores for those who follow its advice. *

*so long as they actually have significant amount of practice as well.

Netted without a trigger movement last night. Felt strange at first, but allowed me to concentrate much better on the ball, and I felt less of an LBW 'candidate'. More work needed, but a great tip from the book. Thanks  :)

Here is a little kitchen coaching session I have done - I hope it is helpful, looking at hip position and playing the drive off the front and back foot.

Great Video @Buzz

Guilty of this myself, bit daft now I think about it, walking after your shot. Will give it a go at Nets on Thursday.

Is the trampoline part of your fitness regime?  ;)

Great stuff @buzz i know i am the biggest culprit of this especially through mid off to cover! Unfortunately it doesnt help having everyone bowl down leg at nets.
