That's a really useful visual indication. I favour a 2.9, but I've picked up a cheap 2.12 just to see what difference it makes - judging by this photo, quite a lot.

Looking back through the thread your work is amazing. What was your background, if you don't mind me asking.

I think seeing 2oz of willow shavings might be useful for people to understand what has to be removed from a bat to make something go from 2lbs 10 to 2lbs 8

this is a great help for people, I think
