Nice profile. I once tried a BC in nets, it was great.  Is the bottom of the handle thin ?

I have several Black Cats and all have been superb with cracking middles - hmmm. Perhaps I shouldn't use the word 'cracking'! But I meant the middle on these bats have been awesome! Glad it's going well fella!

Looks a beaut! Hope it does you well. Very smart stickers too, would replace the black tape around the base of the grip with white though!

A chap in the net next top us at Lords last night had a BC. It sounded fantastic.

The stickers where very, very shiny. I had trouble making out what it was.

A little update.

OK ive used the bat in 2matches and 3-4times in nets now.

Bat is feeling hard and i have vibrations thru the handle on almost every shot i play.

Ive put 2 grips on for reducing the feel also right now the BC is actually my net bat..
Bat came fully knocked in by BC.
I am going to stick with it and hopefully it will start performing at some time.
Right now i am gutted over this really.

My Malik is actually playing better then my BC right now which is not even knocked in..

However waiting for Matt to return my H4L Hattori since the handle broke in a net session.

Give it to a junior for the season, they will knock it in properly for you!

I've seen a few bats at our club like this, been left in players kit bags for years or used by tailenders so rarely get a knock or occasionally brought out for T20 matches, and after about 5 seasons they turn out to be absolute beast's.

I bet it will just need time.

Stick with it - the only Black Cats I have used have all been superb!
Once it starts to open up I bet it'll be a gun! Patience fella 😎

Had my first net yesterday with it.
The middle on this thing is crazy and i do think with time it will only get better.
Really happy with the bat.
Whats happened since this post?
