Sun Hat or Cap
« on: March 27, 2013, 12:50:17 PM »

Well it looks to me that the sun hats are phasing out with the younger generation going for caps.

But is it just a case of what type of player you are? Would a bowler for for a sun hat etc etc.

If it's sunny I wear my sun hat, If it's not I wear a baggy cap. Feel naked with no headwear!

Always wear a cap when it's your usual typical English summer weather but I always wish it was a sun hat on the rare days when it's properly hot! Sun hats look a lot classier than baseball caps. The traditional baggy caps are really nice but tend to be really hot to wear...

I always wear sunglasses.....! Cheap ones though, either GN, Sunwise or Woodworm ones (which have decent uv 400 lenses)

Cap with shades regardless of the weather. Even if there's no way I'll wear them the radars will be sat on my cap, just doesn't feel right not having them

I always go for the cap and Oakleys combination. But even if there there is very little light I will always wear my cap like Cameron with the oakleys on the back!

Got to employ shades at every opportunity the currant bun is out...

Love the sun hat myself, but our club has baggy green caps that are embroided with each players' nickname and number, so tend to wear that more so now...

Agree that King Viv and RR look as cool as each other!

Shades and cap. Don't really find that a cap on its own keeps the blinding English sun out of one's eyes enough
