That's funny... I'd been looking at better smilies, and while we have a couple of better sets, the software refuses to pick them up and make them available, which is very frustrating.

Going to take a lot more work to achieve that. The template we have is a bit of a mish mash so requires some, well.... Work!

Like the thumbs up...perhaps you could put the icon below the avatar and name if you know what I mean? Makes it look a little crowded if you know what I mean?
