UMPIRE WANTED £50 SOUTH WEST LONDON 25-05-13

Hi,

This Saturday we need an umpire, doesn't have to be ECB registered etc just someone who knows what they're doing and doesn't mind doing it for a maximum of 100 overs (50 overs each innings)

The games is Worcester Park vs Bank Of England in Surrey Championship 2nd XI Div 2 Ground is next to Worcester Park train station, or lift can probably be arranged depending where coming from. Post Code: KT4 8AJ

You will be paid £50 (I'm pretty confident it's 50 quid) and will get a beer and chat with great bunch of guys after. Great for any injured players who still want to enjoy some cricket and catch some sun.

If it wasn't for the fact that I was playing saturday, I'd accept!  I only live round the corner and the chance to trigger Buzz and anyone at WP is a great opportunity

I am still coming back from my ankle surgery, so I am having a few games in the 2's - so i think i will be playing in this game, therefore there is the opportunity for you to be paid £50 to trigger me...

the first team is pretty useful, we have two players who went for Kent trials over the winter, for example.

It seems my worse than mediocre performances this season have earned me a call up to the first team (that or serious lack of availability.) 

As such there is no longer the opportunity to trigger me/accept a not insignificant bribe from me.
However, that shouldn't stop any potential umpires from wanting to visit this lovely ground just off the A3, next door to Worcester Park train station!!
