Are you playing these 'wild shots' after you hit a nice stroke/boundary ?

I would suggest switching off after every ball and walking away from the pitch. Remind yourself of a few basic things. Such as play positive, keep the head still, move those feet, watch the ball intensely etc.

Set yourself a routine just like Mike Hussey between each delivery and slow it all down and take your time. Treat every ball as a competition that either you must draw or win which breaks up your innings into smaller portions you can mange more easily.
