Far from poor I just think as england fans its hit us hard to be honest we were all a bit cocky and thought it was in the bag me been one of them

As a England fan i did find it poor.

The best side won but to roll there top order and restrict them to 129 we should have really won that but instead we looked like something out of fawlty towers....

Bopara played well but what was he going on about the running i thought Bell was out to be honest....

I just think we blew a massive chance there against a top top limited overs side...

For once nobody can knock MSD keepeing he was on the ball and though Jadeja Bowled very well...

In my youth i played a game called Lemmings it reminded me of that at the end

Congrats to India.

They join an elite group of holding the ICC 50 over World Cup, ICC Champions Trophy and ODI number 1 ranked side.

India join Ponting's all destroying Australian dream team.

Dhoni has won every major honour. Pretty inpressive for a player that a most Indians hated only 6 years ago.

It really didn't help that Ian Bell was unfairly given out when, to me, he was home safe.
It will hurt for a long time. Bell was probably half expecting Dhoni to call him back to bat like last year.

Dhoni...hated?

He made his entrance with an impressive ton and immediately joined the ranks of explosive keeper/batters like Gilchrist. I have been following Indian cricket for a very long time and Dhoni was never hated. People doubted him couple of years ago after failures in England but it was more the team and never him personally.

Beefy has just explained it. Had it left it, it would have been a wide and not a no ball. So because he hit it, it wasn't a wide anymore and therefore Bopara was out.

Buttler has escaped criticism too what a great first ball shot showed his temperament i think he is fine for 20 over cricket but not 50 unless we stick with him like we did with Prior a few years ago.

But as a England fan lets be positive we got beat by the best limited overs side in the world and there the best by quite a distance i think but we did ok...

Not much wrong with England side Still like the thought of KP coming in and maybe Bairstow as keeper but time will tell hope Buttler get his head down and uses his obvious talent .

Having the winning mentality pulled India through that  as they know how to win the shorter format and England dont. England had no right to lose that, it was a done deal but inexperience and not knowing how to win cost them.

It doesnt get more comprehensive with Dhawan and Jadeja winning the main honours as well and im not talking about the moustaches. ;)

India look a class team and im amazed how they quick the transformation has been.

Beating the Aussies will not be as comfortable as England think but they will pull through as they know how to win Test matches.
