Vellum??
« on: June 28, 2013, 08:52:40 AM »

Morning lads

As you can see... bagged myself a nice little Friday off from work  :D

I'm looking for a new bat on behalf of a friend and I have stumbled across a few threads on here talking about vellum, what is it?

Is it as good as English willow etc??

I'm assuming that it is lower grade willow that is bleached to give it a better look. Not completely sure though.

The edges of my bat take a beating, the middle is near enough new.

A classic tale of the brand selling the bat before the buyer has seen the aforementioned stick.
