Started purchasing kit for next season today. Ordered the new GM Original L.E batting gloves and Asic Gel Cumulus trainers (will get spiked).

Bat: GM Apex 808 (after Christmas)
Gloves: GM L.E's (ordered)
Pads: GM 808 Lites (got)
Helmet: Masuri Ti (got)
Spikes: Spiked Trainers (in progress)
Bag: Not sure yet

Also the other week the north gear website looked really good and they were selling whites and jumpers ridiculously cheap. £7.50 for shirts and trousers. £10 for jumpers. There website is down now, was wondering if anyone knew if they gone bust? Hope they haven't.

i thought that they went bust at the beginning of last season and havn't produced any new kit out since. they were due to supply kit for somerset during the 2008 season and shirts were made, untill the bradbury logo was stitched over the top of it!!

Yeah i remember having an XBow 6000 and i loved it best bat i ever had then it got a crack on the edge and over the next 2 seasons it just got worse and worse . . .in the end had to put it down! I was devastated! So i know how you feel Tom . . . what do you use now  . . . .surely an Ayretk :)

Yeah but its not the same lol lovely bat dont get me wrong and goes well but think it i didnt have acess to a our bats for free i would invest in a newbery again. been keeping my eye out for one to be honest as the series one shape suited me, got a lower middle on mine now and slight bow rather than the traditional shape newbery!

Anyone out there got a nice Newbery ill trade it with you for a shiney new lid lol
