I think a long handle nemesis would be a weapon.

After seeing a nemesis being waved about on sky yesterday, I really really want one. But as I need one to be around the 3lb mark. I'd have to go custom. (gn say they only come in medium weights)

The issue I have is, I fear that gray nics will merely hide the extra weight I want in the shoulder region, as opposed to making a truly ginormous nemesis.

So do I just buy a normal one. And hope vitas find me a heavier lovely pingy nemesis when they visit gn

Or

Risk it and just order a custom nemesis and keep my fingers crossed.

Or

Wait till this custom nemesis appears and see how it's come out?

Tough choices. The weight guide is just a guide, there are always bats outside the range, some heavier, some lighter. I'll always strive to get the best bat to match your requirements.

Officially no. It is a bat made to your preference of GN's shapes, with your choice of weight, long/short blade, long/short/super short handle, round/oval handle, V8/XRD/Select handle, you can also specify the amount of bow in the blade.

If you order before we visit Robertsbridge (no confirmed date but usually late Oct/early Nov based on previous years) then I will handpick a cleft to your preference.

Due to our good relationship with GN, last year i managed to secure photos of 2 or 3 clefts for customers to choose from, for bats that were ordered after we had visited.

I can't see it being a problem again this year, as we don't operate in big numbers on custom mades, but I cannot confirm 100%, ultimately this service relies on the goodwill of GN as officially the only way for a customer to choose a cleft is to pAy for a factory visit.

You could always ask someone with an oversize cleft to make you a replica of nemesis, that way you might get a truly huge bat.
