the meat on those bats make them look so small!!

the profile on the 2 bats looks different. The one on the front seems to have a slightly higher middle and the one at the back a very low middle. Also the one on the back seems to have a much bigger profile.

Again case of all edge no spine..... but it works...

Judging by the top of the handles and the bow in the bats, none of these look like the Newbery bats posted earlier in this thread....

A question for our resident bat makers - would a bat maker require a bigger cleft to make such a profile? What would be the specs of the willow required to make these monsters?

I feel achieving these massive edges in a 2.12-2.13 bat should not be a problem...

One has a much lower middle than the other, but I like the look of both of them

Most likely as he gets so used to his gear that he doesnt want to change it.

Those bats are fairly meaty too :D

Talisman has one of Tendulkars bats and i'd pay alot of money for that bit of art- it's flippin impressive and looks identical to the profile on the picture shown above - Yash, why do you presume by the bowing on these blades that they are not newbery? With regard to making a bat like this out of a cleft, i doubt the cleft was any larger than usual, just light clefts - just very little to come off the back of it when shaping, easier almost!

I wonder why he has so much taping around the edges, a laminate perhaps?

The handle springs look a dark reddy/orange colour, same as the SS Test bats I have in my office.
