Would you say these stickers are eye catching though?

The reason for the relaunch of the cadbury stickers was to stand out more on TV.

These are very nice but i doubt they will stand out from a mile away.

(I'm a huge Newbery fan by the way)

Any sign of Bradbury in the UK for 2014?

Will know more about this after the Lord's show.  We are hoping to get them back for next year...

I think they stand out for being different, not by being visible from a distance.  But maybe I should wait until I see them in the flesh on Thursday before making such assumptions! Point is, I think they are nicer looking than, say, the Tomahawk, and the fact that the Cenkos ones are similar certainly adds value for me...

have to agree with smilley792. nothing special about the profile. and the pics don't show much else.
on the other hand, if this was a spartan, we would have comments like 'cheap asian bat'

Sorry fellas but allow me to respectfully disagree, the Kudos is a beautiful addition to the Newbery range. If you want a "Radical" or "Revolutionary" bat, you should focus on the new Gray Nicolls sticks, they certainly seem to enjoy sculpting some funky shapes out of their willow. In my experience Newbery have never faltered in the looks or performance departments... And when that new cherry effortlessly hurtles off the sweet spot and towards the boundary, I am certainly not bored. :)

Props for the best username for ages.

I agree that Newbery bats are lovely. Unfussy and made for making runs. I still miss my GT Players for this very reason....

Cheers Alvaro. I love the GT's "Cadury" stickers but the middle is a little too high for me. I'm thinking of a getting a custom bat from Newbery for next season, probably a similar shape to the new Mjolnir, nice low middle to spank it over the bowlers head!

We've previewed this bat in our Gear This Week feature - liked the profile, colour scheme and embossed stickers. Who doesn't like something fresh and minty? Seem to be getting pre-ordered by the bucketload as well!?

Interested to know is this based on looks or having a play around?

I've got a GT, and I thought the middle would be slightly too high at first but the pick up just felt amazing (had a harry potter 1st wand moment when I selected the bat)

Having since used it the middle on these bats is massive, i've no idea how Newbery have done it, but the GT is a blinder. When they announce the retiring of that model think i'll max a credit card on GT's to last me until my cricket ending days.

I have 3 Kudos profile bats on the way with one being a laminate. Looking forward to seeing them.
