Suppose it may replace the distinction-when mine broke in the summer they said there did not know when more were coming in because of the oversize cleft-looking at this thou unless this weighs 4 lb its oversized!! :)

Apparently not!!!! That's the rrp, not what they will be offered at!
Paul already quoted that he wouldn't be selling at full rrp. So I'd wait and see!!

I have a Spartan like that size and its 2'9 so must be a very good cleft for sure.
forgot to ask was either Kookaburra or Gunn and moore at the trade show as i would like to hear what people thought of the ranges if they were.
Thanks

Seem to remember one of the sponsors posted the 2014 asics a few months ago Pete (IJC or Vitas maybe) - think there were some purple ones that looked good. Pics would be good though! Certainly be interesting to compare asics, Nike and new balance as I've been a asics speed menace man the last 3 seasons.

Like the lower cut supportive bowling boot to use for batting too (can't afford 2 pairs).

Loving the facebook pics Paul, great work.

Most ranges have definitely enhanced their reputations in my eyes - it's much more beneficial to see actual photos rather than touched up catalogue pictures.

The Spartan gear all looks great, however I have one issue with it across the board.  Do they have to have the players' initials on everything?!  I'm not a huge one for hero worship, certainly not of any sportsmen or sportswomen younger than me and I'm not sure I'm entirely comfortable going out to open in an adult game with 'MC' or 'MP' plastered across my gear!  Kids range; great, adults?  Hmmm, I can hear the comments from the keeper and slips already!  It does look like great quality though.

I'm also seriously considering an Ayrtek helmet, I'm sure they'll be some good prices coming up - currently have an Albion Ultimate 98.  Anyone who can let me know the pros and cons would be appreciated.

Newbury looking good as ever - classic, timeless style, the M&H looks great - as someone who has blue as their colour of choice for gear, definitely spoilt this year...

That bedwetter bat has a lovely shape but the stickers are terrible.
Newbery looks good. I like the look of the Test softs.

GM, Kook and Slazenger did their own show a few days before at Windsor, this used to be called the Super 6 but has now come down to just 3.

after speaking to Alex at Slaz he said it would be a great idea if the Lords Trade show was staged over 2 days as it would most likely get ever brand in attendance which i tend to agree with.

Dunno, there is quite a bit of sculpting to the back and I think Paul has done it a favour with the angle that he has captured it at....

Most of the retailers don't sell at full RRP
