New buy...KAYGEE PLAYERS

Was in no mood to increase my collection but my eyes landed on this beauty last night while surfing...

Its a second hand bat...only used for a day or two in the nets.

Got it for 6000 rs(60 GBP).



Weight-2.10
Picks up like 2.8

40 mm edges

10 straight grains

Pings like a rocket

Waiting to test this on the ground

Looks a decent bat and excellent value at that price!
Buzz had one of these (I'm sure it was this brand?) and like this bat, it also went very well!
Nice grains and generous profile. The only thing that let's it down is that vile scuff sheet! I suspect it wasn't you who applied it, but it really lets it down.

Totally agree re; the scuff sheet, never ever seen the point in those...

Whenever pics of a KG get posted on the forum they always look huge, this one looks no exception.  Hope it goes well for you

Players is their top Quality bat. For that price you got a real bargain.
Recently they also launched Limited Edition

Hmmm yes even I am not the fond of scuff sheets....hides tgose beautiful grains....but didnt mind because of the price I was getting....

Limited edition looks lovely....
Where do you get these KG bats in UK....because in india they are not that easily available...

KG used to make some really good bats in the past...but off late SS seems have taken over the entire market in India.

I've bought this bat from a pro, known him just a week ago. And he hand picks the bats from various Indian brands at a throw away price and sells a few out of them. Ladt time i visited him he had around 10-12 amazing bats.
