I have four coming along in February, when I'm back...

After saying saying I would never buy another Laver again because I found them to be pricey and inconstant with their weights, (asked for 2.9 and 2.10, both are now 2lb 12.5oz and 2.12 respectively) they put up an offer of a free net net bat with a Reserve, which I couldn't resist. My Reserve is probably the best bat I have used, it just feels right even though it is a bit heavy. I just couldn't resist this offer, since Anthony let me use my 100nzd discount with it. :-[ I don't think it helped that I netted with my Laver the night before...

I also have a lovely Bubble 5 star on the way from Paul at IJC and also a B&S LE from Jake, not a good time for the bank account!

Besides these, I would actually quite like to try a Crown B3, Python and a Hammer Black...

Nice thread if cant even afford 1 bat let alone 3 .
Me personally with unlimited resources I would by a
Gray Nicolls Vortex top model, looks an interesting shape and concept would love to try it out
A custom made blueroom with the new stickers / labels that Aaron Redmond is using looks sweet , the bat would be in the shape of ST's bat
Hell 4 leather tempio oversize cleft , looks awesome love that shape and cheap compared to the M&H oversize clefts
All would be 2.10 with a light pick up

Close on the list
A sailx pod
RK custom seems to be churning out some nice ones
Kookaburra bubble legend , hopefully I win it of paul
Red Ink - any let the bat maker choose
Hunts county custom reflex shape want to see what that profile feels like
powerspot
e41 scoop aus

A thread devoted to gluttony?  Love it!

Given that I'm currently trying to offload one, this may seem hypocritical, but such is the curse of the forum...

1. Kook Bubble Legend, on order from Jake
2. Most likely another B3, with a higher middle
3. Maybe a GN Gen X or GM Purist.  Or a Powerspot.  Or a Laver. Or an RPC (head explodes...)

I just had a play around with a M&H Master bat (2.12)

WOW what a lovely bat, so powerful. The cost of £350+ though is a bit scary.

If you have that cash, defo have a little look see.

not the Master but the other two were. The Master was a friend who just got one, but it is to heavy for him. He said he will try to get used to it after spending £350 on it. He was told it had a light pick up but these pick up according to the weight.

1. Something from BAS. I've never tried an Asian brand and Asad is very positive about these so I think this is the one I would go for
2. Aldred, have been consistently impressed with the photos of his work posted on here
3. GN Powerspot, for old time sake

Masters definitely don't pick up light! Can't believe he was told that! As I've said in our videos, for me, they are a touch bottom heavy, and definitely feel their weight.  Immense bats though, so I can see why you like them so much!!  :)

I am lucky I am addicted to the gym so 2.12 was okay for me.

When at Asad's he told me Tendulkar usually bats with a 3.2 and his forearms are almost HE-MAN like. I added forearm exercises to my regime. LOL
