I did have bright pink laces in my shoes until a jobs worth umpire said they were a distraction.
I did ask why he was looking at my feet rather than the ball and got no response  :-[
Due to hayfever I get sometimes when playing in really 'village' grounds, I sneeze a fair bit. Due to this the umpires cancelled any runs I made due to sneezing or sniffling during bowlers run up...

Nice bat. I Like the profile shape, and the all out lairyness of this bat.

Would love to take this out to bat to see if I get any banter, I think to might clash with my bright green laces in my batting shoes though........

It's was one off the reasons I decided to go ahead and get it I love the way the stickers look and with my bright orange nike batting shoes I will be noticed lol

You can mate but it not a cheap bat the cheapest I can find it is 360 but if I ever decided to get rid I keep you in mind but I think this will be a keeper as being waiting on a good gn for a long time be interesting to see how the signature compares to my vortex le witch is on the way  :)

Simon
Have you got the Vortex yet as i was properly torn between the Vortex 5stars Jake had in and the Oblivion E41 5 star but thought E41 would be a better bat in the long run, let me know how your Vortex goes and show some pics when it arrives as i do prefer that to Nemesis and also a few others in the Grays range.

With the vortex I think you are going to love it or hate it they pick up very light but I can't see it being one for someone who hits the ball very hard more off a touch players bat so all depends on your game

Is a nice looking bat, however for me its a shame it doesn't have no concaving like his bats.

His bats will change all the time due to the ground he is playing at. When in Australia on some of the quickest tracks in world cricket and as an opening bat why would he need any weight in the toe? He would have a high middle and a slightly lighter blade I would guess then when he was over here or in Asia somewhere.

Just a shame that they did not bring the pads in the uk so trying to get some anybody who has a used pair or new don't care but I don't want to pay 60 pounds postage before I even gets the pads I know its a long shot  :)
