Paul, I received my bat today (the bat left out of three you made for Sangakarra), and being the first of yours I have tried was curious as to how it would perform. I have followed you for quite a while on the forum and expected to be pleased with your product but I can honestly and happily say that you have exceeded my (quite lofty) expectations! I have owned Scats, L&W Signatures and most of Marcus's Affinity range so I believe I am reasonably qualified to make comment on top end and top performing bats and am happy to confirm you are up there, mate!

My Players Grade Supreme is really starting to open up now, game situation yesterday meant I had to go big in the penultimate over from a lad who took 10-16 last Saturday and thankfully the stick in my hand meant I could ease him into the next field a couple of times to get us over the line.

Tremendous bat.

Well here's another beautiful players gold sov going out. I have to say it is an absolute pleasure to be able to turn something out like this totally by hand. I remember an old friend of the family who I called uncle as you do, who was a master cabinet maker telling me that you could never replace the feeling of making something totally by hand, he used to say it won't make you a millionaire but it will make you happy. How true after a tough week with some sad family times that we all go through from time to time its all come true what my old uncle roger said it does make you happy and I'm not a millionaire but I don't have any investors to feed thank goodness just me. This is a beauty 2-9 big bat big ping and it's got my heart in it for sure, off down to Dorset this one, it's a special bat.
