3 out of 5 is 60% by the way

Which Trade Show?   I'm sure that at a trade show they wouldn't have a poorly finished bats of poor quality willow....  If that was the case people wouldn't ask to take show bats as samples...

What's up with Kippax?

Also who else as you said, "to start with" ?

Norb, 60% is more than 50% right?

Do you have a problem with me expressing my personal opinion on the forum? If I feel HC and Kippax are not at par with some brand on some parameters, then thats it.

You have right to your opinion and I have right to mine. The last time I read my history books, Britain was still a democratic country giving freedom of speak and express!!

If you have something personal, PM me or call me and we will chat.

Sounds like SS will only sell through their 2 appointed agents. (but you can still get the round handle options from India but not the Oval)

yep 50% is more then 60% but 3 out of 5 is bang on 60% and I'm an engineer so I cant see why you cant just state 60% [but that's just me]

The rest of your reply.

You miss the whole point of forums and democracy as it allows me freedom of speech as well

You stated your opinion, opening it the forum.... I replied saying it was a generalisation and quizzed you further...

Then strangley, to pm you if I have something personal to say. Not sure what made you think that as I was questioning you about brands worse the BDM in finish and quality and we/I got stuck on Hunts.  I didn't say anything personal

Anyways way off topic now

Hunts range looks awful, dated and poor design of stickers and shapes, mostly Indian imports and have being going down the drain for a number of years, can clearly remember when they were spoken of as the best bats going. I have had direct dealings with Kippax and it is a case of barge poles I'm afraid.

Any SS bats not bought from either ICC or VKS will not be covered by any warranty or guarantee in the UK.

I have not seen a BAS yet that made me want to buy it, but have seen bucket loads of quality SS.

What on earth will be different on a Onlinestockist Kookaburra RP than an English one? Nothing in my opinion save the price, both unremarkable £60 bats sold for a lot more because RP himself uses the same stickers.

MIike you will not have to travel far to see the BAS bats, Asad has got some really lovely bats from Bas in the past couple of months.

Heard Kippax has gone into administration. Is this right? They were doing bats for Smasher and Shark cricket amongst other right?
