Hey guys,
Just got my bats back today even though was scheduled for delivery tomorrow.
I had Thruxton sent to Paul at IJC for knocking in, and must have been in transit damaged and cracked at the shoulder, which Newbery fixed for me at no charge, even though I should have been held "responsible"!
And my gorgeous Kudos bat from Asad needed a very small bit of attention which speaking through Asad and newbery, no concern what so ever.
All I had to pay was return postage of these two bats and I can now not be happier!
I am thrilled at the quality of work and customer service, so along with Asad I must thank Michael at Newbery as he was top class on service!
I am a big Newbery fan, and with this situation will be for a long time to come!
