Finally got some games in.
5 played on to my thigh pad, then foot and on to the stumps! Thought my season was going to be a disaster
50* chasing 94
20 retired hurt, pulled something in my hip
66* chasing down 134 in 16th over in a 20-20
After a bad start I'm doing ok considering it's over a year since I held a bat due to injury. After the first game it felt awful so I have gone back to basics and remodelled my grip, stance and backlift .... AND NO TRIGGER MOVEMENT
Seems to have worked well. Always nice/good to go back to basics now and again and look at these three very important aspects of batting
