We played bottom today. They won the toss and chose to bat,

79 all out of 37overs.

We knocked them off in 13 overs. 1 down, I got 49 not out, 3 sixes, 5 fours. Faced 39 balls.

Batted first on a really good batting track
We managed 348 from 45 overs,, lost a few wickets
Two lads got fifties, I managed 147 before giving an easy catch!muppet

They managed 200 in reply for nine down

Yes it hurt getting stuffed and I took a couple of blows to the ribs from the opening bowler who was the quickest I have faced for a number of years.

Yes he was sharp and jagged a couple back into my ribs. Lad called roberts who opens the bowling for Wiltshire. After chasing leather for 350 the last thing I needed !!

Batted first we got 260-6 off 50

While trying to defend it our opening bowler we went 3-14 off 10.
We still lost, I took 2-51 off 9 but feel as if I cost is the game  :(

I hate cricket!

I opened the bowling but only had a four over spell, came on to finish them off at the end then. So I was 4.3-1-25.

Today :Turned up, got changed, walked out the change room and the heavens opened. Game off without a ball being bowled.
Last week: scored 173, had the opo at 64 for 6, heaven's opened 19.3 overs in, game off only needed to finish the over to have got the win.  It seems that the cricket gods want us to go down this season  :(
