I'm pretty sure I've only used about 10 bats in my 20 year career!

Before 2002 are rough dates

MH distinction 2010 onwards (injured) last season
blank Bat 2011/12
SS Jumbo 2009/2010
2008 injured
Laver Wood 2005 to 2007
PS Oz 2002 to 2004
B&s fire blade 1999 to 2001
County Insignia 1996 to 1998
SS Mark one (binned as too heavy) so used my brothers county reflex 1994 to 95

Junior bats
Slazenger v500
Fearnley Graeme hick 405

I was given two GN bats by Martin love and shiv chanderpaul .... The latter being the worst bat on this list

Their is a fair few off us who collect bat that's for sure I don't know if I can do a top ten or top 20 as I have got some superb bats a lot off my bats are still new so not played in so very hard to say but I got a affinity carbine that I used all season and that will always get the odd game but a bat that I got from a good friend on hear has been in a different league it is a bas with no concaving and it goes like a rocket I think my new Uzi sports bat will be better than the bas when played in but I not in a hurry to use it till the weather improves so the bas will keep getting used

The phantom has the offset edge and so has my persona both are superb bats

How does the Phantom compare to the Carbine, Simon?
Do the offset edges on the Phantom extend the middle? So is it more 'forgiving' for off-centre hits than the Carbine, and is a lighter pickup?
But if you do middle it on the Carbine, having a more concentrated middle, I imagine it goes a bit more than the Phantom?

Would the Phantom suit a batter who like to play shots all around the wicket, whereas the Carbine favours the front-footed driver more?
Or is that too simplistic?

No need to be spiteful mate, had many a folk on this forum and in cricket circles been told they have been given pros bats and they really haven't.
