Weak hamstring
« on: May 11, 2014, 06:35:23 AM »

My right hamstring has always given me grief and after my first game of the season yesterday it's pretty sore this morning. Granted I didn't really warm up and I'm not the most active or for person but is there anything I can do to improve this? It's pretty much getting to the point where my first run after the ball is tweaking or pulling it

Strengthen it. Multitude of exercises available and stretch it out a few times a week to keep it flexible. Could list exercises for you but there is no point as you might as well google it.

I would add that there could be a multitude of reasons why this happens. anything from how you warm up (or not) to how you sit at your desk or on the sofa.

Stretching, warm up, strengthening will help but there may be an underlying reason so get as much advice possible.
