Thats correct Slogger02 that bats an absolute beauty. SS and SG are one of the very best pressed bats in the world.
Here is picture of another bat (abt £70) which I bought frm onlinestockist 6 months ago amazing quality willow looked liked PP willow and ping was, as i said b4 SS bats have amazing ping.

Slogger02 I wholeheartedly disagree Majid says every bat has professional ping and light pickup. He doesn't own it hasn't picked it up just been sent another picture which he has posted... With the normal description that is added to every bat he post.

I don't think you understand Norb. Ajit is a TRUE SELLER and all the SS bats he sells have professional ping, test quality willow and light pickup.

Everyone has heard of the Ping-O-Meter measured through the Ball-Bounce test (Industry tested of course)

Top level is Professional Ping - Reserved for Test players of course, scores highly on the boune- bounce test, only ever found in Majid's bats

Next Level is County Ping - A good reliable ping, dont let it's dull sound mislead you, this is still a performer! Found in every other bat apart from Maj's.

Entry level is Village Ping - Awful Ping, in fact no ping whatsover - it just thuds off the bat, doesnt register on the bounce-bounce test. Thought to be found in the occasional Bulldog bat........

There is an equation for it....

anything less then 35mm and greater then 2lb 9oz has "shop ping"

anything less then 20mm and greather then 2lb 12oz has "happy shopper ping"
