P2's are fine for Sunday cricket and good value. If I was being picky then a bit bulky if you're tall and slim, say 30-31 inch waist, and then there is only just enough velcro when you pull the waist tight. Still I'm in no rush to change, and my main concern when stood at the crease remains comfort and confidence so all my concentration is spent watching the ball.

Have used Aero P2's for six seasons, and there hasn't been any concerns at all. Great comfort and protection, not too bulky and no issue on 'weight' etc. For £35 or whatever they're going for, it has been a great investment in my eyes and am not looking to replace them any time soon. Highly recommended.

Got a pair of p1 strippers, really excellent although getting pinned on the inner thigh at 75+ can still hurt.
