For the people saying there's no ankle support, he's actually wearing high tops.

When did he keep with an iPod in? I like the converse but that's just ridiculous

Still not sufficient ankle support.

Converse were originally 1920s basketball shoes, 100 years of technology since...

It was a T20 evening game, I can't remember which. Apparently he also did it when playing around age 15 at school

I think it's a good look for a T20, why not be a bit different.  It would definitely encourage some banter and there's nothing wrong with that.  I wouldn't recommend it for test cricket, but for a format that is intended to attract young kids to cricket, it's not a bad idea.

Even if he had a white pair made special, Bedwetter isn't likely to play test cricket any time soon!

He'd have to remember to charge his iPod before a day in the field too...

I wasn't specifically thinking about Kiewswetter at test level, just anyone in avant garde footwear.  I agree that he's nowhere near test level, mind you that hasn't stopped Bairstow getting a game as a keeper  ;)

They are hideous and why would anyone wear Converse while playing sports?

In fact I would walk out of any store that claims all their shoes are unisex.
That is what I was told a few years (like 5) ago when I walked into their store.

They are unisex though,

I used to live with a Polish girl who had size 9 feet. Often borrowed her white low tops when she was out of town. Not that she knew.

In before abuse: Did not borrow any other of her clothing.

hasnt he done this for a few years now, i remember he kept in black pairs last season in the t20 as well, i like the idea personally gives the game a good talking point for the game for once :)

im pretty sure its a reciprical relationship between him and the Shoe Doctor thats based in Taunton, CK gets some attention through wearing them and the Dr gets kudos for being able to spike up anything (including custard creams) for people to wear as part of his service.

So you mean to say she has bigger feet than you or the same size?

As per the shoe size rule, do we also assume she also had bigger a ______ ?

We were the same shoe size, there I must also presume she had the same socks as me. I presume that's where it was going :P
