Copying an Old Favourite
« on: August 03, 2014, 04:28:23 PM »

Hi all,

Has anyone had one of their bats copied? and if so do you think that it is worth paying extra to have an exact replica?

Cheers,

Jack

I have and it is a good way the pick u might be slightly different but not much.

We can also match a cleft to your current bat ensuring exact replication.

Interesting - I am currently going through this very same process. I've sent Laver my SS Gladiator which I love to death so they can make me a replica. Only sent the bat to them last week - and expecting it to take 2.5 weeks all up. Although it may be a bit too late for you - I'll definitely do a full post of my experience (and the finished product) when it is back and I've taken it into the nets.

I must say I was very close to getting B3 to do me up a bat...but ended up going with something a bit closer to home.

A review would be most helpful Blaise. Cant get over how good the bat was!

So how much would that cost B3?

Depends on what grade wood you want look at our bespoke prices

190 for 1 stripe up to 345 for 3 stripe mate.

Or butterfly if we can find one that would suit your bat we would have to map the bat to determine.
