My very special gm flare 303
« on: August 25, 2014, 03:29:12 PM »

So I decided to sand the white paint off my gm flare 303 to see what was underneath.

Expecting loads of imperfections and 3-5 non straight grains, I was very surprised to see this!

Moral of the story, 303 willow is better than 505.
Spend less for better quality  ;)

Anyone know a good place to get some new stickers for it?  Not sure about the plain bat look.

Worth taking nearly 4 hours to sand white paint off it!

I have seen an 808 that looks like the 505.
