Sd have helmets at 12 quid!
Only if you're a junior though...
As per Alvaro's earlier post, what are people planning to do with their kit?I intend to donate mine to Cricket 4 change, and with this in mind had an idea. For those in London and the South East, how about we arrange a net on 31st October at the Croydon centre where these guys are based. Everyone turns up with their budget buys, nets in the stuff (we'd video this) and then we hand it all over to the charity when we depart?Thoughts?
The reality is, of course, that if you were spending £100 on all kit, you'd need to include the Clothing, and Sports Direct gives you all you'd need for £40. You may be able to get bits cheaper:This would leave you £60 for your playing gear!
If you're spending £100 on clothing and kit you wouldn't bother with cricket shoes, you'd have a perfectly good pair of black trainers already!! Doubt you'd think to buy a jock strap or a jumper either (going on what our "I've never played before so got full kit in sports direct" player turned up with!)
I think the challenge will be a true one if we ban all entries featuring SD or Kit from India.
I got some Kook pads that I presume was made in India. Does that mean they are not allowed???
Nobody's allowed to buy any softs then!!
My current ones are made in China. Want to buy them? [emoji2]
For postage??
