what a waste FF could have used it as a net bat or personal defence bat or free loader bat.

It was a net bat Palmist and it was rooted, doesnt take Einstein to work that out, it broke quite badly he glue was merely holding it together, i may as well have been batting with a piece of foam as it was just absorbing contact and stopping balls dead in front of me. Cutting it was easier to burn as well and i wanted to save the handle incase i need one in the future so while i was making 1 cut it wasnt hard to make more as per the request.

The brands vary to so is not just a single manufacturers fault, just cant work out why really is quite strange

I still can't get my head round this. There is no way in hell I'd part any money with this bloke.

As Far as I have seen you are just about the only person on this forum who raves about his products and he treats you like you are trying to mug him off. Obviously he shouldn't have to send you endless free bats just because you like his products. When you send a picture of a bat that looks like it was being used in a live round of hand grenade cricket, I'd be insulted if he turned around and basically said I was lying that the ping had gone.

This is probably the weirdest thread I've come across

New refund policy - all bats must be chopped up and burnt before return

Least you know Mr Lekka will send you an absolute (fire)cracker. Something really smoky, a bat that in the end will be too hot for us mere mortals to handle. Do I need to go on.
Agree with the above, massive split should be more than enough for a batmaker (??) to make amends without protracted chop and burn. Although it does add a bit of creativity to disposal, most would just bin it.

i'd like to thank Fearless Fly for the most interesting and strangest thread for a while on the forum
if I had'nt read all of it I might just think it was a massive wind up
certainly makes a change from 'best performing anti scuff sheet-discuss'
not that there is anything wrong with those subjects but this is way out on it's own :) :o
