A £40 bat grip
« on: November 27, 2014, 12:39:36 AM »

This just launched in NZ, endorsed by Vettori:

£40 for a bat grip, seems crazy - looks almost impossible to remove too, and applying it seems a nightmare

didn't hunts do something similar a few years ago where you could mould the grip to fit your style. think you applied heat and then held on. I think its a complete fad and wont last very long!

Can't help thinking that's a bit ridiculous. Especially for a piece of injection moulded rubber...

I'll have one for my net bat, one for my match bat & one for my spare bat so they all feel the same.
Hold on, I could buy another bat for the same price!  :-[

Don't be surprised if something similar will be available from Lekka shortly for about £10
