Got to say, B3 will definitely be making my next bat. The only thing I find about being able to define a custom shape is that the choice instantly becomes overawing. Think a trip to Notts is required.

Got an office about 30 mins away so it would be rude not to - I'm also very keen to get something that picks up well. I'm a big cutter and puller and anything with a heavy toe throws me  ???

Our press is stiff as Chad says many of you use another machine makers bats who press all the same we do not.

We are not trumping our pressing up it has gone through evaloution and testing to a very high level to get it where it is.

Through Streaky advanced experiance and williow know how i say our press now has evolved to almost "ready press" if you want seam marks you will not get them if you want dints you will not get them. Our press is stiff and each blade is pressed accordingly to it needs to get it almost ready to play where only the edges and toe need doing really.

I think we have evolved the pressing process when your hear our bats they are stiff and they go well from the off.

Yup, pretty much the impression I have. You only get very very light seam marks when you tap up a hard new ball, but it's a very nice press, and gives a nice crisp connection straight out the packet. :)

Lovely looking B3 there Chad, that SF looks pretty close & special too.

Hahaha I think I've deceived a few folk! The B3 is actually behind the SF, so the spine and profile look bigger than they should! I agree though, at 2lb 9.6oz, the SF is something pretty special, although I feel they are a touch overdried, but have had no issues with massive moisture/weight gain that I get with Lavers! Haven't used my new Reserve which I've had for near a year now, and it's 2 ounces over the weight I specified! :(
