Annoption for people.

If anyone wants to go on a sat but can't drive. Get the train to Notts and ill pick you up and drive you in.

Only room for 4 in the car though.

If you organise it for a weekday in atleast 6 weeks advance. I can book day off to try to do same.

Train is £29 one way for me or £55 return, 2 changes and 4 hours to get there. Cheaper than I was expecting but it's be a long day!

Looking at returns last train is at 4.30, suppose I best stay in a cheap B&B to have enough time at B3 to make it worth the trip

Ahem! Why don't you two get a room - or at the very least PM each other to take your 'special friendship' off this thread!   :D

I could well be interested Bruce but I am now in east Anglia so not sure how would work but certainly have a car big enough for the journey possible a train would be a better idea??? All meet in London and go from there, hell of a lot of driving for someone from south to Nottingham and back in a day.

Looking at the trains, I can get a £11 return if I book in advance so I could be tempted. What days are we looking at?

Okay - I'm looking at 14th March or 21st March.

Motty and 'Thunderball' how does this work for you?

If us three 'softies' can sort ourselves outm then some of you foreigners can meet us there!
