How many bats is too many bats for a CBF member?

you do have to wonder what is up with grading some days - I mean, that's at least ten times nicer than the Original with Aswani posted yesterday...

maybe the amount of heartwood means GM grade it lower???

Correct Garrett. This isn't the most clear explanation (although at least it is provided unlike other brands) but having visited the factory and spoken to the guys on a number of occasions, the lowish tolerance for heartwood in the top grades means some nice 606-808 bats can be found.

Shame some of the bigger boys LE look so poor though and i have seen many indifference in there rules.

I have seen many this season at the three shops i have been too good looking lower grades but poor higher grades.

Not sure if you have noticed this yet i know Vitas and others do hand pick to gain better quality and looking
