Are they still alive? I would personally never buy anything from them again but that's another story.

I did pay using Paypal so I can get the money back easily if I need to!

The bat skins are well worth it, my Affinity one has saved it from changing room damage,(I'm going for a stand up bag this season)

Let me know how you get on ref saf,as I'm about 2mins from that neck er the woods

I too would love a bat skin or a soft pocket but it's hard to justify that kind of cost when you've got a more than a couple of bats? Which Aussie batsman was that used to put them in a long sock, Mr Cricket? Also, you can make a very effective one out of bubble wrap and brown tape. I don't care what the bat cover looks like as long as it protects well. Yes, i agree using an upright bag protects better and avoids the risk of someone tripping and then standing in your bag with spikes… :/

I'd start a PayPal claim now. I ordered 2 about 18 months ago and nothing. No reply to any emails and no response to the PayPal claim so PayPal found in my favour but I had to wait for the full duration of the claim. Bought 2 off Marcus at Affinity instead

SAF haven't been an ongoing operation for quite some time. I wouldn't waste your time.

Sounds like they are operating illegally then.  Someone must be paying for the continuing web hosting (or the website wouldn't exist anymore) with the intention of accepting money for a product they know won't be supplied.  Let's hope nobody pays for one of their very expensive non-existent bats.
Although I will be able to get the money back it will be at a cost to Paypal, as I assume they will have already creamed the money into a personal bank account.

Given the person behind the website, it's more likely that they've just forgotten to take it down.

It's more likely the website is free.

The URL will be paid for every two years. Hardly noticeable if you don't check it often.

The emails might not be checked either.

Maybe (just maybe, giving them the benefit of the doubt!)
However, if they have ceased trading there is a responsibility to ensure they don't accept payments for goods they know will not be supplied.  I'd be willing to bet that they still check their Paypal account and it's not full of the money people have paid them ordering from the website!

They have a legal responsibility to do so though, they are operating illegally even if this is unintentional as they are accepting payment for goods they never intend to supply.
I bet they haven't 'forgotten' about their Paypal account though, and they have no excuse really.

Hi, I will text Andy and find out what is going on for you. Please pm me with your name and I will see what I can do.

Will lock this now as it has gone off track.
