GN1000/OmegaXRD/Ton
« on: April 22, 2015, 11:14:43 AM »

Hello,

I was in the store last weekend and I noticed the GN Omega XRD duffle on display. I am looking to buy a new Duffle Bag with lots of compartments including one for whites, shoes and valuables. Can you please suggest which of the three wouls be the best choice? I saw the GM one too but wasnt too impressed as I do not like external bat pockets.

My TON duffle is last years model but doesn't have many compartments.
The main pocket, one full length one on each side and a small front one that's handy for your phone/keys on match day.

what is your budget?
M&H ck22 Duffle Bag is great but its pricy
Ton ones are good too
The GM original looks good?

What about the Kookaburra Pro Players duffle, also Owzat appear to have a weird TON Elite Duffle I've not seen before.

M&H ck22 Duffle Bag is great but its pricy It's virtually the same as the TON with a higher price
Ton ones are good too Any additional comments? Doesn't really answer the question
The GM original looks good? This one was ruled out in the OP because of external bat pockets

Now I've got that out my system...

Have you considered the Kookaburra Pro Players? @smilley792 did a video showing you can fit enough for a whole team in there! One of my teammates has just bought one and I was really impressed with it. Not ideal if you're not one for bright colours though

Jake told me a while back that TON were doing a bigger bag in the same design as last years duffle for this season.
I'm assuming this is what he was referring to.

Just got my Kookaburra Pro Players Duffle,  it's huge and very organized. Also the bat section is decently padded and big enough to fit a bat with a bat-skin on. If you're stuck on a budget wheelie that is also cheap and decent quality try B&S wheelie.

To me, it doesn't matter how good you are. Sport is all about playing and competing. Whatever you do in cricket and in sport, enjoy it, be positive and try to win.

Dimension wise, it seems bigger than quite a few wheelies (like the Salix 3 wheel) - is it a pain to pick up and swing it on your shoulders? Don't wanna throw my back out!

I have the kook pro players duffle.  It is easy to both get on your shoulder and carry. A cracking bag.

The Kookaburra Pro Players Duffle is one of my personal favourites this year.

Spacious design and the blue/yellow colour option looks really good.
