If we seriously want to win the Ashes back, we have to pay the respect needed and have ours guys over there playing County cricket early in the season to get used to the conditions...

I thought most of them had played county cricket or and league cricket.

The most sensible post from an Aussie fan on this forum.
Yes,the only way is for your guys to play over here,as many have in the past.
To be the best,which is the goal of england and everyone else you are judged on away victories.
We go into the series against Pakistan as second favourites,same as when we go to India,and Australia last time round.

They recovers to 312 for 9 declared. Lyon 41 and cummins 82 not out made the runs.

Cummins to get selected as it strengthens the batting(think I remember he scored runs in his only(or few) test he's played?
